The Fixer Upper

She took a look through the building now that she bought it. The pipes need to be replaced in kitchen mast and guest bathrooms and in the basement. The boiler needs to be serviced. The heating and air conditioning needs to be cleaned and service if not completely replaced. The floors need to be looked at for board replacement. Roof, porch, walls and it needs new furniture and bed. What can she say it's a 200-year-old house and no one had lived in it for the last 50 years. She loved the beauty and simplicity of the house and its land. Plus, the bonus of how close it was to her new job made it wonderful. It will take months if not a year to fix it up but with the money she already saved and her salary at Hogwarts it should hurt her financially.
