Few rules for this
1. No one under the age of 17 may become an Animagus on site
2. Just because you are on this list does not mean you are registered with the ministry, you can be an unregistered one.
3. No this does not include werewolves
4. No mythical creatures, only mundane ones, so sorry no Dragons, no Unicorns, no Kappas and the likes, yes cats, horses, deer, rats, birds and things like that.
5. Fill out code below to be counted.
